1:1 Connection calls

An hour to connect honestly about what’s going on in your life. Nothing scripted, no agenda.

I’ll listen carefully, reflect what I hear, ask direct questions when it helps. I’ll say what feels true when it feels appropriate. Sometimes that looks like guidance. Sometimes it’s just space to speak without being interrupted. Sometimes it’s just letting you know that your normal.

Things people often use these calls for:

  • Letting their guard down and being seen.

  • Getting something off their chest.

  • Feeling anger, grief, or confusion without being judged.

  • Talking through a situation they don’t feel clear about yet.

  • Making sense of an intense or meaningful experience.

  • Clarifying what they want (or don’t want) next.

  • Sharing something they haven’t said out loud before.

  • Getting honest feedback.

  • Being held accountable when they need it.

  • Havin’ a laugh with a bro.

Sometimes the conversation is heavy. Sometimes it’s strategic. Sometimes it’s a crack up. There’s no right way to use the time.
